NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED!  Please bring your registration into the front office during normal business hours and we would be happy to start the estimate process.

Our experienced staff will walk you through each step of the estimating process, from start to finish. We work from the approved insurance estimate supplementing any hidden and additional damages found. 

Maine state law states that weather you are the insured or claimant, you are only required to get one estimate and it is YOUR choice where you have your vehicle repaired. (See your collision repair rights on home screen tab)

Champion Auto Body works directly with our local Enterprise office to reserve a rental for you during your repairs. Enterprise will pick you up at Champion and bring you to their office to sign the rental agreement. Please ask us about this service when scheduling your repairs.

• You have the right to have your vehicle repaired where you choose.
• You have the right to require your insurance company to pay all responsible cost (minus your deductible) to restore your vehicle to preloss conditions.

An insurance company, if asked, can recommend or suggest a collision repair shop. MAINE LAW states they cannot steer you to a particular shop. Insurance companies might say:

• You will need to get an estimate from one of our "preffered" shops.
• They can only guarantee the repairs done by their preffered shops.
• If you choose a shop that is not on their preffered list, you may have to pay the difference from their estimate.

NONE OF THESE ARE TRUE!

Maine law protects your choice and clearly states that the insurer must honor that.
